Schools and Hospitals

A large part of our business is in the commercial industry.  Cheenorthstar has the experience necessary to meet any projects need.  Our business roots started in Las Vegas, NV.  Rock excavation and underground water was normally encountered.  We moved to Arizona in 2007 and haven't looked back.    

Site demolition & Underground Utilities

We have experience in site demolition and recycling of demolished concrete and asphalt for aggregate reuse.  Underground utilities was how we started and is our specialty.

Building Pads & Parking Structures

Mass excavation, import and export of materials for building pads, parking lots and roads.  Aggregates import and rip rap placement for erosion control is also done inhouse.
